Hallo! I’m Gesa.
I help people learn German in a relaxed, friendly way, with practical conversation you’ll use right away. Whether you’re learning for travel, work, or curiosity, my goal is to help you feel confident from day one.
I also work with homeschool families nationwide, offering structured German classes for kids and teens with age-appropriate materials. Local homeschool German groups usually meet at the Ever’man’s Educational Center in downtown Pensacola.

Beginner Group · Pensacola (A1)
$240 total · 8 weeks · 90 min weekly · books included.
Optional trial: 90 min · $20 (yes, with a home-baked pretzel 😊).
We typically reach 25% of A1 by Week 8 (pace adapts to the group).

Do you offer online lessons?
Yes — private lessons are online via Google Meet. A1–B2 with steady, conversational practice and helpful PDFs.
Can I try before I commit?
Private lessons include a free 20-minute intro (email to schedule). Group class trial is 90 min · $20. Homeschool trials: Kids 30 min · $10, Teens 45 min · $15.
How do payments work?
Pay in advance via PayPal or Venmo. Private lessons are pay-as-you-go ($30 per 50-min session). Programs that include books list totals on the Classes & Programs page.
Where do you teach in person?
Most local group and homeschool classes meet in a bright classroom at the Ever’man’s Educational Center in downtown Pensacola. I can sometimes travel to local co-ops or community locations in the Pensacola area if classroom space is available.
What materials do you use?
Adults: Panorama A1.1. Teens: prima aktiv. Kids: Los geht’s! All aligned to CEFR levels.
How much do classes cost?
