German4FUN offers private online German lessons for adults, kids, and teens; in-person adult group classes in Northwest Florida; trial lessons; and other language-learning services described on this website.

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as PayPal or Venmo. German4FUN does not receive or store your complete credit-card number, debit-card number, bank-account credentials, or payment-account password.

The payment provider may share transaction information needed to verify and administer the payment, such as the payer’s name, email address, payment amount, transaction date, transaction identifier, payment status, and information the payer includes with the transaction. The payment provider processes payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.

8. Children’s and Teens’ Privacy

German4FUN provides services to children and teens only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian should submit inquiries, registrations, and payments for a student under 18 unless German4FUN expressly provides another age-appropriate process.

German4FUN does not knowingly request personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate parental involvement and consent.

If you believe that a child’s personal information was provided without appropriate permission, contact German4FUN. The situation will be reviewed and the information will be deleted or otherwise handled as appropriate, subject to applicable legal, safety, payment, and recordkeeping requirements.

Participation in shared group communication is voluntary.

German4FUN does not routinely record lessons. German4FUN may separately request permission to photograph, film, or record a participant or to use that material for a specified purpose. Participation is voluntary and subject to a separate Photo and Video Release Form or other documented permission. A parent or legal guardian must provide permission for a minor.

12. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for essential website functions, security, spam prevention, preferences, performance, and analytics. Third-party content or links may also use technologies governed by the third party’s privacy practices.
