About Your Instructor

Gesa, native German teacher in Pensacola

My name is Gesa. I’m a native German speaker with more than 25 years of teaching and youth development experience. Before moving to the United States, I worked as an elementary school teacher in Germany and taught children and teens in structured learning environments.

My goal is to create a learning space where kids feel comfortable, encouraged, and confident trying something new.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will the next Beginner 1 kids course run?
We open enrollment once we have enough interested families to form a small group. If you join the interest list, you’ll be the first to receive the next dates and enrollment link.
Is there any payment required to join the interest list?
No. The interest list is free. It simply helps us plan dates and confirm a group. Payment is only requested once enrollment officially opens.
Do you offer sibling discounts?
At this time, sibling discounts are not available. Pricing is per child and includes all materials and instruction.
What if my child has to miss a lesson once the course runs?
If your child is unable to attend a lesson, I will send a short follow-up email summarizing what we covered so they can review and practice at home. Because this is a small, group-based course, individual make-up lessons are not offered, and the course fee remains the same.
