In Beginner I we start from scratch and build a practical base in German. The focus is not on memorizing isolated words, but on learning how to understand, respond, and speak in simple real-life situations.

My name is Gesa. I am a native German speaker with more than 20 years of teaching and youth development experience.
I have taught more than 1,300 hours of German through platforms like Preply and Berlitz, and I also teach small groups in person in Pensacola.
My goal is to make German feel approachable, structured, and doable from the very beginning — so you always know what you’re learning and why.
